i* Metamodels

Many tools base their implementations on a particular metamodel representing their interpretation of the i* methodology. See Grau et al. 2006 for more details on these tools. Increasingly, with the Eclipse platform growing in popularity, tools base their metamodels on the Eclipse Modeling Framework, a variant of MOF.
